The Avila Beach Community Foundation is pleased to announce the 2026 Grant Recipients!
Grants totaling $115,000 are being awarded to 21 programs and projects providing services in the areas of education, health and wellness, the environment, youth sports and community engagement. In its 18+ years of grant making the Foundation has awarded and helped distribute $3 million to benefit over 190 Avila Beach projects and organizations. Click here for the list of 2026 recipients.

There has been an increase in litter throughout our town with the recent influx of visitors. More trash receptacles have been installed, but it has been difficult for our service agencies to keep up with the sheer volume of garbage, mainly on the weekends.
